Returns:
 * Due to the handmade nature of my products and potential for slight variations, I do not generally accept returns.
 * However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 48h of receiving your order.
 * To initiate a return:

   * I will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
     * Repair of the item
     * Replacement of the item
     * Partial or full refund
Order Cancellations:
 * Due to the 1-week fabrication delay, order cancellations are generally not accepted.
 * However, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
 * Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of placing your order may be eligible for a full refund.
 * Cancellation requests received after more than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Important Notes:
 * Custom orders are generally non-refundable.
 * Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item).
 * Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
